This course leads to a BTEC Extended Diploma in Applied Science Level 3, equivalent to three A levels, and includes a brand-new pathway for those interested in a career in forensics. You will enhance your knowledge and understanding of science, through both theoretical study and practical experimentation, and gain a broad range of skills which will benefit you in future employment, such as communicating and working within a team, laboratory techniques, science investigation skills, learning to conduct independent investigation and timekeeping.
