Management and Human Resources courses will appeal to anyone seeking to develop their knowledge of HR and people management, and who are either already in an office-based business role, or hoping to widen their skills to potentially gain promotion.

The programmes look at topics such as employment law, developing professional practice, using information in HR, and meeting a company’s development needs.

Some Telford College courses lead to Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD).

New CIPD qualifications are being introduced in 2021.  Each qualification is based on the new Profession Map , which taps into the cumulative insight of 19,000 experts.

These insights combine with real-life scenarios, preparing students to make a real impact in the workplace.

We are planning to offer these from May 2021 (pending CIPD approval). At this stage we are taking expressions of interest.
