Student Equipment Loan Agreement

I agree to take responsibility for the equipment I have been issued as detailed on this form. This includes any additional items such as laptop bag, mouse, and keyboard.
I confirm I agree to the college’s equipment loans policy and where appropriate the IT security policy.
This agreement will last until I relinquish custodianship by returning the equipment to the college, on the expected loan end date or prior if I no longer require the equipment and/or I am no longer a student of Telford College.
