Dawn Morgan - Access Science

Dawn completed Access to HE Science and graduated last year with a 1st class MSc degree. She has now enrolled on PhD in Forensics.

“There wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy about the course. We had a really good cohort, we all helped each other.”

When asked what she’d tell prospective students, Dawn said: “Do it! Life is too short, and don’t let age be a barrier for going after what you want.”

Ethan Lowe - Access to HE Social Sciences

Ethan Lowe | Telford College

“During the pandemic I have been working as a Health Care Assistant on the COVID-19 ward.

“The Access to HE Science course itself is great – there have been bumps in the road for all of us, especially under current circumstances, but the tutors are supportive and understanding, they have a wealth of knowledge to support us in our studies.

“Keep safe, especially during this pandemic, and chase any dreams you have as nothing is impossible.”

A Foundation Degree in Health & Social Care

Sharon Jager

“The tutors build up your self-esteem, confidence and your realization that you have got the ability to learn and complete assignments.

“It is a testament to the fantastic support from our tutors that I’ve been able to get on with learning this topic and writing up my assignment entirely at home. Although that has been lonely and tough, I thank the tutors for their input on Teams as it has been very beneficial to be ‘in-class’ online.”
