About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join out student service team, the individual will take a lead role in the planning, development and implementation of an effective and inclusive student engagement service.  This includes cross college enrichment, student voice and enrichment activities which encourage students to participate and engage to develop their personal behaviours, attitudes and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a cross college enrichment plan in conjunction with the Student Services Lead and Assistant Principal Student Experience & Safeguarding.
  • Take a lead role in the implementation of the Student Voice Strategy including induction and training of Class Representatives and the wider Student Council.
  • Ensure all student surveys are implemented in line with the student voice strategy and results are collated and reported into the Senior Leadership Team and that there is a consistent process for responding to issues raised, e.g. “You said, We did”.

  • Educated to level 3 or above in a relevant discipline e.g. sports, youth work, PTTLS
