Enrolment for higher education

The majority of other adult programmes which are based at the college campus have a start date of September, but a few also offer January start date options.

If you are an enrolling onto a Higher Education course you will enrol in August, to start a programme in September (although we do also have some courses which start in January).

In July or early August, you will receive an email with your enrolment appointment. We ask you to come into college so that you can meet your curriculum staff to ensure you are on the right course – this date and time is outlined in your enrolment email. Once you have met with your course staff, and it is agreed that you are on the right course, we will ask you to sign your enrolment form.

We may send out a personal detail checking form prior to your enrolment to ensure that the correct details are pre-printed onto your enrolment form and speed up the enrolment process.

At the end of this process, you will be issued your college ID badge – a photograph will be taken during your enrolment appointment for you ID badge, and you will receive your initial timetable which will show your start date and time.

You also need to bring in the following items when you come into enrol:

• Exam results
• Evidence of student loan or tuition fees payment
• Form of ID, for example;
  
  • Passport
  • Birth certificate
  • Driving licence
  • Bank card
