If you are leaving school or are enrolling onto a full-time course, you will enrol in August to start a programme in September.

The enrolment process for students enrolling onto full-time programmes is in two parts:

Part 1 – Complete your online enrolment form

In late June or early July you will receive an email from us with details about the enrolment. This will direct you to our online enrolment site, and will explain when you need to come into college for your enrolment appointment.

This is an eight-step form, which you need to log into using the details provided in the communication from us; to save time, and for extra convenience, it will be pre-populated with the details you provided on your application form.

When you enrol, we require further information. To see a list of the information we require on your enrolment form click here.

During this process you will also need (if you are able) to upload your ID photo. There are a few guidelines which need to be followed:

  • Your photo must:
    • Be a recent colour photo
    • Be of you alone (no other people or pets)
    • Be taken against a plain light-coloured background
    • Show you facing forwards with your head and shoulders in the photograph
    • Show your full face
    • Show you in the centre of the photograph
    • If you wear glasses, show your eyes clearly and avoid glare on the lenses
  • Please be aware of the following restrictions:
    • Do not wear a hat or cover your head unless this is for religious reasons
    • Do not wear sunglasses
    • Do not submit a photo where you are in the distance or there are others visible
    • Do not submit inappropriate or obscene images
    • Do not submit a photo which you have edited to alter your appearance or which has had a filter applied to it

Part 2 – Coming into college to complete your enrolment

We ask you to come into college so that you can meet your curriculum staff to ensure you are on the right course, this date and time is outlined in your enrolment communication.

Once you have met with your course staff, and everyone is happy that you are on the right course, we will ask you to sign your enrolment form.

At the end of this process you will be issued your college ID badge, as well as your initial timetable which will show you your start date and time.

You also need to bring in the following items when you come to enrol:

  • Exam results
  • Form of ID, for example;
    • Passport
    • Birth certificate
    • Driving licence
    • Bank card
