Telford College students are helping to give stray and abandoned dogs a treat at a local rescue centre.
Foundation learning students are running weekly dog walking sessions for Hilbrae Rescue Kennels, which currently has more than 70 dogs in its care at its base at Cold Hatton.

The nine students are part of the personal and social development group at the Haybridge campus.
They have also set up a collection point at the college for donations of blankets, treats and dog food, and are planning a sponsored event in the coming weeks.
Bernie Cruise, from the college, said: “The students have chosen to support Hilbrae as part of their community actions unit.
“As part of this, they are required to get involved in a local community project. Many of the learners have dogs and wanted to support a cause which is local, and which they can relate to.”
