The art work is being exhibited this weekend 4th – 6th May to encourage visitors to Sunnycroft and help raise funds for the important Glass House renovation.

Students on level 2 and 3 Art and Design courses spent a day at Sunnycroft admiring the gardens, architecture and soft furnishings. They took inspiration from the environment to create a range of work suitable for exhibition.

Students have worked hard on originating designs, developing successful techniques and producing this attractive and interesting art work, which summarises their personal experience of their visit to Sunnycroft.

Students and staff are excited and grateful for this opportunity to exhibit work in such a beautiful and special location.

The exhibition will be moved to Telford College for the end of year show in June when ‘The Arts Society Wellington’ will judge first, second and third prizes and offer monetary prizes, and support to the students.

This is another wonderful collaboration with The Arts Society and another valuable experience to support our creative students.

We hope you enjoy viewing their work.

Please leave feedback in the notebook provided if you manage to go.

You can visit the college at our next open event to see our fantastic creative hub where students let their imagination run wild and create their masterpieces
