Student Life at Telford College

At Telford College we believe that it is very important that you contribute your views to student life at the college. We do this through learner voice activity, giving you the opportunity to identify what you think about the college and also those areas which you think we can improve on.  You  have different ways to have your  say:

You can represent your school and directorate on the student council, you’ll be expected to

  • Voice concerns from students
  • Organise events
  • Get involved in fundraising
  • Plan displays
  • Enjoy the end of year council trip!

The student council is made up of around 15/18 members who have volunteered themselves to put time and effort to attend meetings and make positive changes within college life for your peers.

There is a president and vice president and various other roles with the council.

The main focus is about learning being at the heart of the college, but this is also a great way to meet new people, discuss and act on issues that are important to the students of the college

For further details regarding the student council please email daniel.blasczyk@telfordcollege.ac.uk
