About the course

IT is transforming the way we live, work and socialise. This dynamic course develops your understanding of the skills and key principles required for a future in computing. You will get an insight into the IT sector as a whole investigating how technology is developing, and cover a wide range of units with opportunities for practical and project-based work, recognising the need to incorporate specialist pathways. This is designed to support your move into university or employment and includes exam-based units, practical course work and the opportunity to take part in an Industrial placement with a well-recognised computing company.
