Among the units you will study are practical sports, nutrition for the sports performer, anatomy and physiology, planning and leading in sport, and psychology for the sports performer. Students also have the opportunity to access practical coaching situations with local schools and clubs, and will look at the elements involved in planning a successful sports event.
