This interactive session is suitable for anyone who would like to gain more confidence in managing difficult and challenging conversations at work. We will explore different types of communication behaviors and how we can gain insight into them. We will also look at some useful communication tools to support you in having those difficult conversations.
Entry requirements
This course is suitable for Health Care Practitioners who will be performing cardiac assessment and taking ECG recordings as part of their clinical role. The learner will need to be supported in their workplace to gain experience by a practitioner who is proficient in the skill and who will sign to confirm that the learner has gained competence in practice.
