What I do: Having worked previously in Student Services at the College, I joined the Apprenticeship team in March 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant. My role is to connect ambitious individuals with high-quality apprenticeship opportunities, and support employers in finding the right talent to grow their workforce. I work closely with both candidates and businesses to ensure the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and focused on long-term success. From initial consultation through to placement, my goal is to match the right people with the right roles—supporting skills development, business growth, and career progression.
