There are roadworks taking place at present along Bennett Bank, this work is ongoing until 6th May and is being undertaken in 3 phases as per details below.
- Phase 1 – 14/03 – 08/04 – 24hr Lane Closure – Westbound from Ketley Brook Roundabout to Cock Hotel Traffic Signals
- Phase 2 – 11/04 – 29/04 – 24hr Lane Closure – Westbound from Ketley Brook Roundabout to Cock Hotel Traffics Signals
- Phase 3 – 02/05 – 06/05 – Road Closure (in place between 18:30 – 06:00)
The work is taking place between 08:00 – 17:00, weekdays only, weather permitting.
We have contacted the Local Authority to raise our concerns regarding the impact this work is having on traffic to and from the College.
We ask that for now you please be mindful that at busy times of the day, especially the hour between 4:30pm and 5:30pm the roads around the College are becoming gridlocked and that you drive with care and caution.
