  • Hardworking and fully engaged, the student takes responsibility for their work. 
  • The student reflects on their own progress and respond positivity to feedback. 
  • The student is curious and asks their teachers, peers or themselves questions.  

Preparation for learning

  • Independently, the student is always ready for lessons. 
  • Deadlines for classwork and homework are met. 
  • They wear correct PPE/work wear (if appropriate) and their college ID badge.  
  • They are in the right mindset for learning. 

Behaviour for learning

  • The student has a positive impact on others. 
  • The student is respectful and supportive of others’ learning. 
  • The student responds constructively to teachers’ instructions.
