The Telford College app is for current students and parents, and can be downloaded from the Apple App store and the Google Play store.

Once downloaded, you will need one of the following:
- A parent login account – available if your young person has included your email address as a ‘allowed contact’. You will receive information from the college via email, if your young person has included your email address as an ‘allowed contact’ on their enrolment paperwork. You will receive an email from the college welcoming you to our mobile app and web-based parent portal, as well as a ‘login details’ email which will prompt you to set your password. If you have not received these emails from the college about this, and believe you should, please use the contact form at the bottom of this article.
- A student college email account – once you have enrolled at the college you will receive a college email account, to access the mobile app and the web-based student portal, you will need to sign in with your college email and password. You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign in system to complete your login details. If you have forgotten or don’t know your college account details, please contact the Digital and IT helpdesk.
