No teaching qualifications are needed, and you don’t need a university degree. If you already have the required trade skill set, we will give you all the support and training you need.

Business & Digital

We’re on the lookout for staff members to join our expanding Business & Digital team, which will be based at the college’s new Station Quarter site from September 2024.

It’s a chance to work in a modern town centre environment, delivering a curriculum with a focus on innovation – providing skills for some of the region’s fastest growing and best-paid business sectors.

You’ll be helping to deliver digital skills pathways from entry to university level, apprenticeships focusing on hardware, software, and multi-channel marketing, and digital T-Levels in support services, business services, and production, design and development.

Sixth Form

Come and join the largest A level study centre in the area, which will soon be growing even further by opening a new base in Telford town centre’s Station Quarter.

A standard sixth form focuses purely on getting students to university having passed their A levels, but we’re different.

With 100% pass rates in many subject areas, our A level provision is in the top 10% in the country. We take a more holistic view of our students, and want to help them to achieve for life, not just for the two years they’re here.

We are also proud to be part of the ‘One Million Mentors’ scheme, connecting students with experts from a wide range of high-flying businesses.

Engineering & Construction

We’re working closely with employers to deliver the skills they need, and are investing more than £500,000 to expand and upgrade our manufacturing engineering facilities.

Our study programmes offer a pathway to higher level professional skills development studies such as HND or HNC general engineering, engineering manufacturing, and engineering maintenance

We are leading on the ‘Developing Manufacturing and Engineering Skills’ element of the Marches Education Partnership. We are also a member of the Black Country & Marches Institute of Technology, ensuring young people and adults have the skills they need to build well-paid rewarding careers, while local businesses gain highly skilled and productive workers.
